De forma semelhante aos outros games da série, o game vai narrar a história da banda, desde o primeiro show até as maiores apresentações em estádios colossais. As músicas incluídas vão desde os maiores clássicos do grupo liderado por Steve Tyler, até faixas de artistas que inspiraram a banda.
Desta vez o jogador assume o papel dos guitarristas Joe Perry e Brad Whitford, bem como do baixista Tom Hamilton, sem esquecer-se da presença de palco do vocalista Steven Tyler e do baterista Joey Kramer.
